Agent Maxer privacy & account deletion
Last updated August 29, 2026
Agent Maxer is a Numbus LLC service. This page applies only to Agent Maxer; it does not describe the separate Numbus personal-finance application or its connected-account features.
Information Agent Maxer uses
- Account information: your email address, account identifier, and the authentication provider you choose.
- Subscription entitlement: purchase and entitlement status supplied by Apple and RevenueCat. Payment-card details are handled by Apple, not Agent Maxer.
- Relay and device data: a server-issued relay identifier, device-session records, push tokens, and the current agent-state summaries needed to power widgets and Live Activities.
- Agent status and usage: task identifiers, short titles, provider names, states, timestamps, usage totals, limits, reset times, source selections, and completion acknowledgements. A short title can contain information from a conversation.
- Optional spoken responses: when you enable spoken-response uploads for the current relay context, formatted response text is encrypted on your Mac before upload and is available only to a paired reader. The service can read the response and thread identifiers, context identifier, and expiry timestamps, but it does not receive the independent content-encryption key.
Agent credentials, repositories, source code, local file paths, and command output remain on your Mac and are not sent to the hosted relay. Agent Maxer does not upload complete conversations. Short task titles and optional spoken-response text can nevertheless contain conversation information, so do not place secrets in titles or enable spoken responses for sensitive content.
Service providers
Agent Maxer uses Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, account records, and its account-scoped relay; Apple for platform, push-notification, TestFlight, App Store, and purchase services; and RevenueCat for subscription entitlements. We do not sell personal information or use Agent Maxer data for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Agent Maxer replaces current status as your Mac publishes updates. Spoken-response envelopes expire within 24 hours and are unavailable after expiry; provider-side physical deletion and backups may complete later. Security, ownership, and operation records may be retained to prevent retired credentials or deleted relay namespaces from being reused.
You can initiate account deletion from Agent Maxer’s account settings. Confirmed deletion retires and removes the account’s relay data, device sessions, push registrations, account profile, and Agent Maxer authentication account. A device that is offline may retain an already rendered widget, notification, or local cache until that device reconnects or the operating system replaces it. Apple purchase records, RevenueCat entitlement records, service logs, backups, and records required by provider terms or law may be retained.
